Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using My Garden Care ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Cristian Gaston Lopez ("we", "our", "us").
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial plant care purposes, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms of service.
Subscriptions & Payments
My Garden Care offers an optional Premium subscription with the following plans:
- Annual subscription — billed yearly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically for the then-current annual price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Lifetime — a one-time payment granting permanent Premium access with no recurring charges.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. The App's plant care guidance, AI identification, and diagnosis features are informational only and are not a substitute for professional horticultural or veterinary advice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that plant care recommendations, identifications, or diagnoses will be accurate or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including harm to plants, pets, or property — arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
